It will be a three-story building above ground, with six tenant spaces. Construction is scheduled to continue until the end of January 2025.
Until recently, there was a coin parking lot here.

This is where the Chinese restaurant “Airen” used to be.
Area around the “clinic building in front of Mondo-Yakujin Station”
Across the street is Amagasaki Shinkin Bank’s Mondo Branch. You can see Mondo-Yakujin Station in the back.
If you go this way, you’ll pass in front of the Hankyu Mondo-Yakujin ticket gates and head toward Kotoen Station.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll head along the railway tracks toward Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station.
Finally
Since there will be six tenant spaces in total, including a dispensing pharmacy, it seems likely that around five clinics will move in.
