The address is 3-24 Futamicho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The program will apparently feature it as part of a segment on “amazing neighborhood Chinese restaurants with unbeatable value,” and the program description says, “A mysterious neighborhood Chinese restaurant that serves rice bowls and udon… The udon and fried rice set actually goes surprisingly well together!”
Nishitsu has also tried both the udon and the rice bowls there.
It seems there were cameras and lots of staff in front of Daikan on April 18, so that must have been the day they filmed. It really does take quite a while until a segment airs.
