It’s covered up by something, making it hard to tell what building it is.
But the usual names are still clearly written there. Hankyu Department Store, Izumiya, TOHO CINEMAS
From a little farther away, you can spot Mount Kabuto right away, but Gardens has pretty much disappeared from view.
It looks like they may be painting the exterior walls. Seeing workers set up scaffolding all around the enormous Gardens building is quite an impressive sight.
We’re looking forward to seeing Gardens all freshened up.
