“Kyushu-Direct Meat Shop Kumamotoya” Opens in Koshien Kyubancho Along Rinko Line

A new shop called “Kyushu Direct Meat Shop Kumamotoya” has opened in Koshien Kyubancho along Rinko Line.

There was a sign, opening flowers, and a banner that said “basashi” (horse sashimi)😄 Apparently, it just opened yesterday, Thursday, July 18.

If you go this way, you’ll find Amibiki Park, Tsuruha Drug, and the road toward Imazu.

Going the other way, you’ll find the neighboring restaurant “Ajidokoro Dan,” the Koshien-suji intersection with the Tigers Lawson, LaLaport Koshien, Naruo Fire Station, and the road toward Amagasaki.

They specialize in basashi, yukhoe, and other horse meat dishes, but it looks like they also serve beef items such as tongue and liver. They have a wide variety of basashi😃

The à la carte dishes are interesting too, with items like horse oil tamagoyaki and horse oil yakisoba! They also have hot pot.

As for alcoholic drinks, they said there are some items they can prepare if customers request them😄

The shop card also had the words “pork” and “chicken” on it. Since it says “meat wholesaling and meat sales,” maybe they also sell meat to take home🤔

Final Thoughts

A shop specializing in horse meat is pretty rare in Nishinomiya, so some of you may be curious about it. Since the meat is delivered directly from Kyushu, it sounds like you can enjoy fresh and delicious meat here😄
