It looks like the entire first floor of Coop Nishinomiya Higashi will be temporarily closed.
(Thanks to Himawari and Fukuchan @ Nishitsu SP for the tip.)
Here’s the notice↓

Due to renovation work covering the entire first-floor area, it seems the floor will be closed from Tuesday, August 20 through late October.
On the final business day, Monday, August 19, it will close at 3 p.m..
The attached McDonald’s will also be closed.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-6-44 Komatsukitacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.

目次
The ATMs on the first floor will remain open. Part of the second floor will also be closed

First floor
Everything will be closed, including the food area, McDonald’s, the bakery “Komugi no Mori,” and the flower shop “HANA PORT.”
By the way, the Amagasaki Shinkin Bank and Japan Post Bank ATMs will remain open during the closure period.
Second floor
Only Kikuya Bookstore will be closed (Tuesday, August 20 through late October).
Lastly
Since it will be closed for about two months, people in the neighborhood won’t be able to use their nearest supermarket for a while, which will be inconvenient. And McDonald’s being closed at the same time is probably quite a shock too. If you usually shop at Coop Nishinomiya Higashi, maybe you’ll be going to Gyomu Super or the newly opened Sundi while it’s closed.
*Himawari and Fukuchan @ Nishitsu SP, thank you for the information!!
