Since it’s the closest spot from Nishinomiya, you can see the fireworks really well, so this many people come out.

Normally it doesn’t get this congested, but this day is especially special.

Naruohama Seaside Park Fishing Square

It’s quite far away, but you can see them.

There are a fair number of people, but it still seems fairly relaxed.

There is a ticket machine at the entrance to the fishing square, and admission was 200 yen for people fishing and 100 yen for visitors. There were a few people fishing, but most people were there for the fireworks and entered as visitors for 100 yen. There were restrooms and drink vending machines both inside and outside the entrance, so it was convenient. It wasn’t that crowded, and I enjoyed it. The photo is a bit blurry, but here it is.

I think a zoom lens was used, so in reality they probably look much smaller.

Finally

This is the closest fireworks festival visible from Nishinomiya. There are lots of summer festivals today, so it may be hard to see them from flat areas around those spots, but if you’re somewhere they might be visible, keep an eye out from 19:45 to 20;15.
