A sudden downpour just hit Nishinomiya on 8/4.
(Information provided by Kiharu Sanjuro and a resident near Koshien @ Nishitsu SP)

My eyes~~~my eyes~~~ That’s how big the raindrops were. It seems like the rain was coming down like a waterfall.
Quoted from nishinomiya.tenki.ne.jp
At the Naruo Branch Office observation point, the 60-minute rainfall was recorded at 10 mm.
Even though it barely rained in other parts of Nishinomiya!! It looks like the rain was intense around Imazu, Koshien, and Naruo

Apparently the sky looked like this. It seems the area south of Route 43 was hit especially hard.
Summer festivals are about to be getting started now. The forecast doesn’t call for that much rain, but please stay alert.
*Thank you to Kiharu Sanjuro and the resident near Koshien @ Nishitsu SP for the information!!
