By the way, there are butterflies at the aquarium in Gardens too, and apparently those are specimens as well. They look really realistic. The aquarium at Gardens runs until September 1

This Insect Specimen Exhibition is apparently held every year at the request of kindergartens and neighborhood associations, and it’s very popular 😆 The organizer is an insect expert who teaches applied entomology, so they know a lot about everything from full-scale classification to hands-on interaction with insects. It sounds like they’ll be able to answer plenty of questions about bugs too.
