Based on the workplace map, it looks like it will open at the former MaxValu EX Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi store site, which closed last October.

“OK Store” is a super cheap discount supermarket chain mainly operating in the Kanto region. Its management policy seems to be “High Quality Everyday Low Price.”
They are apparently all about “low prices”, with ideas like every day is a sale day and prices lowered if they are higher than other stores.
By the way, OK Store also ranked No. 1 in the ranking of the cheapest supermarkets in Kanto on the website Offtoku.com, beating out Lopia and Trial.
