“Koganedori(こがねどり)” appears to be a branded chicken from Rikuzentakata City in Iwate Prefecture. At the yakitori takeout specialty shop “Kushiyaki Koganedori,” it seems you’ll be able to enjoy skewers made with Koganedori chicken, carefully raised in a rich natural environment and delivered directly, then prepared one by one by a craftsperson in Iwate with 30 years of skewer-making experience.
