He’s the symbol character for PiTaPa.

He’s a boy character inspired by a ninja. Apparently, even one year after his debut, his recognition rate was only 1%, and he was once told he would be let go. But under the condition that he could keep his job if his PR video reached 100,000 views, he worked hard and successfully hit the goal. In the end, his contract was extended.

That “Pitamaru” is coming to Lalaport Koshien!
