It looks like a cafe-style bakery restaurant is coming to Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.

Quoted from Part-time job listing for New Bakery Restaurant (Nishinomiya Gardens) | Find jobs on Baitoru (No.130151193)
It says it will open in late November.
According to the source, Baitoru, they seem to be hiring 50 people, and the hourly wage also looks pretty high at 1,250 yen.
Quoted from Saint Marc
Speaking of Saint Marc, there is a Saint Marc Café at LaLaport Koshien, known for light meals and its “Chococro” chocolate croissants, but the one coming to Gardens appears to be a brand-new concept opening in western Japan for the first time.
Lastly
Saint Marc has long been known for its all-you-can-eat bread service, so we’re curious whether this new-concept restaurant will have that too. By the way, Kamakura Pasta in Imazu, which also offers all-you-can-eat bread, is part of the same Saint Marc group. As for the location, this is probably the spot on the 4th floor where Uomori closed in May, I think.
※Sasako @ Nishi2 sp, thank you for the tip!!
