If you go this way, you’ll find Ebisuyakomatsu Shoten, heading toward the Central Shopping Street.
If you go in the opposite direction, there’s a Times parking lot, and the road leads out to Fudabasuji Line. It’s the corner where Guts Rent-a-Car is located.

It seems to be a psychosomatic medicine clinic operated by the Medical Corporation Baikakai Group, which mainly runs ENT and pediatric clinics. They also have clinics in Nishinomiya, including Kurakuen, in front of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, and inside EBISTA.
