Did you know there’s a super fun exercise class in Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi?

Gracefully jumping over obstacles!

Balance, balance~~

Handstands, handstands~~

There’s a trampoline in Nishinomiya that bounces like this!!

Shachomi @ Nishi2(cross-dressing character) went to the children’s sports club “CUPS,” located about a 5-minute walk from Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station toward ACTA~
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 9-3 Kitaguchicho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.

Excuse us for dropping in~~! And wow, the ceiling is so high!!

There’s a fun-looking capsule toy machine.

Huh? Is he jumping? Also, what is that shape?! Is it the kanji for dream?

“Want to try jumping on the trampoline?”
The person doing that mysterious jump was Coach Nobuhiro Daichi, who has competed in numerous international trampoline competitions as a member of Japan’s national team.

Shachomi has never jumped on a trampoline before, but decided to give it a try.

Let’s give it a shot!

So much fun~~~!!

“Coach!! I feel like I was jumping pretty high. How was it?”

“You were getting about 30 cm.”

“Huh? 30 cm? That’s low!! How high can the kids jump?”

“They jump about 2 meters~”

“What! As much as 2 meters~~!? Really? Coach, you should show us a demo first~”

Sure~

“Mmmmmm…”

“I can’t jump that high, so this is good enough! It’s fun anyway.”

“You’re having fun striking all kinds of poses! But if you connect moves like seat drops, knee drops, and back drops and jump through 10 skills in a row, you can do even more movements, and it gets even more fun. What do you think? Want to try?”

“Seat drop? Knee drop? Back drop?”

That floating feeling is so much fun~

But balancing is hard~

And my wig is about to come off! lol

Even when my wig was about to fall off, Coach Daichi showed and taught each movement really carefully, one by one~
