You can now drink limited-edition Hakutaka sake on the rooftop of Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.
Here it is ↓

The spot is the 4th-floor Sky Garden, where the beer garden used to be. And guess what? It’s run by “酒style‐AzumaZuru,” that super fun sake shop in the Plus Building. It’s open from Friday, October 11 to Sunday, November 17!
On the floor map, it’s here ↓
It’s right after you enter between Suirengetsu and Kashiwa.
What Do They Have?
Let’s take a look at what they’re selling.

They have Jagabee!!

Soft drinks and mineral water too!

Ooh, Coolish! They’re also selling that icy drinkable vanilla treat. There seem to be lots of things that would be great for kids playing up on the rooftop.

Snacks! Which means…!!

We found Heineken and other bottled beers! Great news for anyone feeling sad that the beer garden is over.
And what’s that in the back…?

So Nishinomiya! The Hakutaka 5 Rangers! They have five kinds of Hakutaka sake!!

Hakutaka Sky Garden Limited Tasting Set 850 yen
You can enjoy a tasting set with limited Nishinomiya sake, 3 kinds, plus limited AzumaZruu sake, 2 kinds!

You choose 3 out of the 5 varieties.

These are the three we picked! Center: “Hakutaka deepred.” Right: “Hakutaka Fresh.” Left: “Miyamizu no Sato Special Junmai Taruzake.”

And believe it or not, they also have a food menu.

Ta-da! We also ordered fried chicken & fries (600 yen).

This is Summer Blue (500 yen). It’s a non-alcoholic cocktail, so it’s a nice option for people who don’t drink.

For the tasting set, they color-code the plate so you can tell which sake is which.

The Miyamizu no Sato Special Junmai Taruzake has such a strong cedar aroma and tastes so fresh! I love this fragrance. Hakutaka Fresh has a super fruity aroma.

Hakutaka deepred tastes like a milder version of Fresh. These two are unpasteurized undiluted sake. Still, sake tasting really might be the fun way to enjoy sake.

They also have draft beer, highballs, wine, coffee, pizza, waffles, and more.

It’s not just alcohol. They have non-alcoholic drinks and food too.

It could be nice when you come to Gardens with your kids too. This time of year is comfortable for hanging out outside.

When you come to Gardens, remember, “Oh right, we can drink sake here too!”
The shop in the Plus Building is interesting too. I want to drink pafupafu.
