Did you see that rainbow-like thing just now? What was it?

It looks like something rainbow-like was visible in the sky over Nishinomiya today 10/30 around 4 p.m.

Is it like an upside-down rainbow? Did anyone see it? Wonder what this is.

It might be a phenomenon called a halo, which was spotted in Nishinomiya a few years ago.

It’s a phenomenon where a rainbow-colored ring appears around the sun.

What appeared to be a halo seen previously from Shin-Nishinomiya Yacht Harbor in Nishinomiyahama.
