What will they do?
To celebrate the release of the latest “Haruhi Suzumiya” series book, “The Theater of Haruhi Suzumiya,” they’ll stream an online bus tour visiting places connected to “Haruhi”! The main itinerary is below ↓
- Kabutoyama Forest Park
The tour starts from an observation deck with a sweeping view of the Hanshin area. They’ll also visit the memorial plaza, the “Statue of Love,” the outdoor stage, the plum grove, and other spots that bring scenes from “Haruhi” to mind. - Hirota Shrine
A visit to the shrine known for its distinctive shimebashira pillars. A Shinto priest will also provide a detailed explanation here. - A Walk Around Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station
They’ll tour spots such as the clock tower in Nishikita Park, “Kohiya Dream,” which also appears in “Haruhi,” and Hankyu Shukugawa Sun Life Shopping Street, which evokes the “shopping street near Iwaigawa” depicted in the series. - Harborland and Kobe Port Museum
Enjoy the scenery of the bay area. At Kobe Port Museum, where the tour stops by, there will also be plenty of gourmet information, including Kobe beef. - Kobe Port Tower
Enjoy the night view from Kobe’s iconic landmark, which was renewed in April 2024.
