The unattended Chinese food shop “幸せの一皿” near the Chamber of Commerce and Industry along the City Hall-mae Line has closed.
(This information was provided by Kaeitsu @ Nishitsu SP.)

The sign had been taken down, and the inside was completely empty.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 3-27 Hazukacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around “幸せの一皿”

Across the street is the Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya Government Building.

If you go this way, you’ll find Udon Azumino, Samjhana Kitchen&Bar, Jolly Pasta, and other places, before reaching National Route 2.

In the opposite direction, you’ll find 和牛焼肉 じょーばら, 中華そば 牡丹, ゆげ焙煎所, and other spots, leading toward the Yamate Kansen road.
“幸せの一皿” Food
Nishitsu had also featured “幸せの一皿” in a food article↓

The spicy Taiwanese fried chicken was moist and tender, while the mapo tofu had a strong kick of Sichuan pepper. It was a flavor that spice lovers would have been very happy with.
In Closing
It looks like they also sold a variety of Chinese dishes, including braised spare ribs, large shrimp in chili sauce, and rich tantan noodles. It was a place where you could casually enjoy authentic Chinese food through unattended sales, so it’s sad to see it close😢
※Kaeitsu @ Nishitsu SP, thank you for the tip!!
