The location is Social Square Nishinomiya, just a little south of Yamate Kansen in Nakamaeda-cho. It’s around the area where Miyakko Ramen and Yuge Roasting are located.

It’s Dagashiya Atsushi-san～～. He’s the young man who runs a dagashi candy shop from a handcart all around Nishinomiya!
It seems they were filming around the Hanshin Nishinomiya area.
After looking into it, it seems Nishi2’s 
@ Nishi2 was there too. I have a feeling Nishinomiya is going to be featured a lot. Once we find out more details, like the broadcast date, we’ll write an article about it～
