A horse angel decoration is on display at Carillon Square by Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station.

It’s right in the middle of Carillon Square, where the clock tower is.
There’s a sparkling gold decoration that looks like a horse angel. It also seems to be lit up as an illumination display.
It appears to be an illumination display by JRA Hanshin Racecourse. It also looks like there’s one at Hankyu Osaka-umeda Station.
It looks like the renewal is scheduled for March 1 next year. The park where children can have fun may be coming back too.
