The official website is already up too. It’s a coworking space and rental office located a 2-minute walk from JR Nishinomiya Station, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Coworking space plans start from 2,200 yen per month, and plans that allow corporate registration start from 8,800 yen per month😃

The address is 9-20 Ikedacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo, 6F. The site was formerly occupied by “ピカソ美化学研究所.” Apparently, it relocated to Shin-Osaka in February 2023.
Frente Nishinomiya is just east of the building. If you turn left in the foreground, you’ll reach the rotary in front of JR Nishinomiya Station.
Final Thoughts
It looks like they’ll be running a special opening campaign for those who sign up by the end of February. On top of that, tours and trial sessions will be held from February 10 to 12. If you’re interested, why not book a tour here and check it out?
