It’s in Ashiya, but it looks like fireworks will be launched for about 10 minutes from around 5:46 p.m. on Friday, January 17, at Shio-Ashiya Beach.
(Information provided by Yamashita-san)
Here it is↓
To mark 30 years since the Hanshin-Awaji Great Earthquake, the fireworks will be launched as a tribute and as an opportunity to reflect on the experiences and lessons of the disaster.
Unlike the Summer Carnival held in summer, this fireworks display will not have events, food stalls, or designated viewing areas at the venue(there will also be no music or BGM production).
They hope people will quietly reflect on the earthquake from wherever they are, with their thoughts carried in the lights.
The fireworks will be launched here↓
The address is 1 Minamihama-cho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.

Shio-Ashiya Beach, where the fireworks will be launched, will be closed from 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 16, until noon on Saturday, January 18(the north side of the Shio-Ashiya Beach water gate and the east-side walkway will remain open as usual).
Please note that viewing from the beach will not be possible⚠️*The event may be changed or canceled depending on the weather that day.

On January 17, various earthquake-related events are also scheduled to be held around Nishinomiya City. While watching the fireworks in the night sky, why not take a quiet moment to reflect on the memories of the earthquake and the importance of disaster preparedness?
