It seems to be a shop carrying items like hair accessories, earrings, and miscellaneous goods. At Ebista, an accessories specialty shop called “カレット” is scheduled to close on January 24, so maybe “イノセンス” will open in this spot(the location closest to the ticket gates).
According to Kaeitsu, a Nishitsu supporter, it was the former カレット location~~! Bingo! It looks like it opened on Friday, 2/21~
