【ヱビスバー】YEBISU Pot-au-feu with Thick-Cut Pork Belly and Winter Vegetables 1,200円
This uses thick-cut pork belly marinated in Amber Yebisu beer. I’m really curious about it. Pot-au-feu usually has sausage, but I definitely want to try it with pork belly〜. Perfect for winter.
【たけふく】Nikudoofu Set Meal 1,380円
Even setting aside the fact that it’s Takefuku, nikudoofu. This has a sukiyaki kind of feel, and it’s something I absolutely want to eat. Since it’s made with Takefuku’s dashi, there’s no way it won’t be good〜. I want meat and tofu〜〜〜〜

When I go to the 4th floor of Gardens, I usually end up going to the same restaurants, but whenever I try a different place once in a while, I almost always think, “That was nice!” So if there’s any winter gourmet item that catches your eye this time, definitely give it a try! It might be something you only get to experience once. New foods tend to stick in your memory more than you’d expect〜
