The steel frame is going up for the clinic building across from the “Nishinomiya General Medical Center (tentative name)” being built near Hanshin-Kokudo Station.

Here it is↓
What an incredibly cool photo〜🤩
This is what’s being built↓

西宮津門クリニックビル. Scheduled to open this September.
It will open earlier than the new hospital across the street. Apparently, there will be around seven tenants in total😃
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 3-5 Tsuto Ogocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Compared with the “Nishinomiya General Medical Center (tentative name)” across the street,

it’s a little lower, but the clinic building on the right is still pretty huge. There’s also a fairly large crane in operation. It’s apparently going to be five stories above ground.
Even on a major road like Route 2, when buildings of this scale rise up on both sides, it feels pretty imposing😃

By the way,the new hospital will be 11 stories, apparently. The scale really is completely different〜
The new hospital is reportedly scheduled to open in the first half of fiscal year 2026 (Reiwa 8).

It’s not quite as tall as a tower crane, but the crane for the clinic building is pretty high too! Watching such large buildings go up more and more is exciting all by itself〜😆
※KAZU@にしつーsp, thank you for the information!!
