Last year, we tried the three-variety tasting set of Shizuku-zake Nama Genshu (new sake rice, aged 4 years, and aged 6 years), plus the 10-year-aged Daiginjo Nama Genshu and Aono Muni.
This year, that would be the A+C set!

This year, I’m planning to go with the A set, and since I want to try the new sake, the B set too. After that, maybe F’s new nigori sake. G’s 4-year-aged Daiginjo also has me curious. For takeout, I’m really interested in the Noto 1.8L bottle at 2,800 yen.
