The exterior walls look pretty similar. Maybe it’s a standard Tsuruha Drug design.

The address is 6-2 Danjocho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. This used to be the site of “Nishinomiya Ichijiku-en.”

If you go this way, you’ll be heading toward Danjo Elementary School and Hotoku Gakuen.
In the opposite direction, there’s a FamilyMart, and it leads toward the Nakatsuhama Line, where Nigawa Gakuin and Nigawa Udon are located.
Schedule-wise, it looks like the exterior wall work is finished and they’ve moved on to interior and exterior finishing work.
By the way, Tsuruha Drug (No. 2 in the industry) is apparently planning to make Welcia (No. 1 in the industry) a subsidiary and integrate management by the end of fiscal 20272025. (Source) However, it seems the brand won’t change right away and will stay as it is. A ton of drugstores have been popping up around Nishinomiya, and it looks like the industry itself is really heating up too.
