According to Kagayaki 509-go @ Nishitsu SP, a regular at Kissa Bear, the cafe will reopen today, Sunday, March 2 😄
It seems there have been some changes to the hours, regular closing days, and other details!

If you head east, you’ll reach the Higashi River and the direction of Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi.

If you head west, you’ll find Nishinomiya Watanabe Hospital, Curry Kitchen Fukumimi, and then National Route 171.
In Closing
The stained-glass lamps, lace curtains, flower bed decorations… it really has that classic old-school kissaten feel, and so much character♡ I wish I could’ve spent my youth in a place like this〜🤣 I’d love to visit someday and enjoy a little grown-up youth(!?) there 😊
