“Kissa Keishoku Shippou” in Yokomichi-cho along Youkai-suji has closed.
(Information provided by Akira-san, Sasako-san @ Nishitsu SP, and Beriko-san)
There was an announcement on their Google Business account ↓
It seems they closed at the end of January. The reason was that the master and staff had grown older. They appear to have been in business for 55 years.
Here is the location on the map ↓
The address is 1-15 Yokomichi-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around “Shippou”

Across the road to the east is Itoman School.

This way, you’ll find the area under the Hanshin elevated tracks, the back side of Nishinomiya City Hall East Building, Kaiseki Ryori Rippou, Izakaya Tsuki Usagi, Kaisen Yatai Okuman, and then it leads out to National Route 2.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll reach the Naruo-Mikage Line.

The shop had two entrances, and this one was along the Hanshin Railway elevated tracks on the north side.
Lastly
According to reviews, it was an old-fashioned Showa-retro coffee shop known for its reasonable prices and hearty meals. Smoking was allowed, and it had many regular customers. In its warm, homey atmosphere, people could enjoy rich, classic coffee and nostalgic set meals. It’s sad to see it close.
