The restaurant’s name appears to be アズーニ(ASUNI). The little bird illustration is cute 🪽✨

According to the restaurant’s Instagram, it looks like they had their grand opening last month on February 19 😄

アズーニ is on the first floor of this building along Koshikiiwa-suji.

This is the view diagonally across from the restaurant entrance. You can see Sanbonmatsu Pan next door.
