It looks like “Hotel Chocolat” at LaLaport Koshien will be closing on March 26.

Hotel Chocolat opened in September 2021 as a luxury chocolate shop with more than 100 locations across the UK, so it’s still a relatively new store.
We also visited for a food report,
There was one with the sweet-tart taste of raspberry and white chocolate,
and a 70% cacao chocolate that was one of the shop’s signature items.
Lastly
Apparently, the company’s management became difficult due to worsening cash flow from rapid store expansion and price increases caused by the weaker yen, and it applied for civil rehabilitation proceedings in 2022 (source: a local Kichijoji website). LaLaport Koshien also has a Godiva, so it may be a pretty tough industry.
