“福寿司” in Koshien Nanabancho has closed.
(Information provided by Maruo-san and Yumi & Rira @ Nishi2 SP)
Here’s the notice↓

It said, “Due to reconstruction work on the apartment building, we have decided to end our business operations at this location.”
According to Maruo-san, who provided the information, when they used the shop for takeout on March 2, there was no sign that it was about to close.

At present, it looked like the shop sign, awning, noren curtain, and other items had already been removed.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 20-5 Koshien Nanabancho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
Area around “福寿司”

If you go this way, you’ll find places like the crepe specialty shop “ふたごのたまご,” and it leads out to Koshien-suji. Turn left for LaLaport Koshien, or right for Hanshin Koshien Station.

If you go this way, there’s a coin parking lot with a Dashi Doraku vending machine, leading toward the LaLaport Koshien area.

福寿司 as it used to be. Its red roof and sign with an illustration of Ebessan were its landmarks.
Finally
It was an old-fashioned sushi restaurant quietly tucked away on a back street in Koshien, and reviews mentioned how the fresh toppings were large and thick, with some people surprised by how good the value was. Its akadashi miso soup with fluffy egg and chawanmushi also seem to have been excellent, making it feel like a local kitchen that was on the side of everyday people. It’s always sad to see a long-loved shop close.
※Maruo-san and Yumi & Rira @ Nishi2 SP, thank you very much for the information!!
