Apparently “八角楼” is read as “Pakourou.” The name has an authentic Chinese ring to it, but the atmosphere is friendly and old-school, like a classic neighborhood Chinese spot. The prices are reasonable too, and the fact that it’s only open on weekdays from 11:30〜14:00 makes it feel like a rare find〜😋
