It looks like an amazing fireworks event called “JAPAN FIREWORKS EXPO,” where pyrotechnicians from all over Japan compete, will be held at Yumeshima, the site of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.

The time does not seem to have been announced, but there is a “fireworks cruise” where you can watch from a boat. Since it arrives at Yumeshima at 19:30 and ends at 20:00, it feels like the fireworks may go up for about 30 minutes. By the way, boat reservations open three days in advance, so you may be able to book for the next one.
Lastly
Depending on the location, they might be visible from Nishinomiya! Places like Naruohama, Nishinomiyahama, or around the mouth of the Mukogawa River. Also, people living on upper floors of apartment buildings may have a chance. If you can see them, consider yourself lucky.
