It looks like fares for Hankyu Bus and Hanshin Bus will be raised starting Monday, September 1.
(Information provided by Kagayaki No. 509 @ Nishitsu SP)
Hankyu Bus↓
Quoted from the official Hankyu Bus website
The current fare of 240 yen will apparently be raised by 10 yen starting Monday, September 1 this year, making it 250 yen.
For those in the northern area (routes where fares vary depending on travel distance), and for commuter pass prices, please check here~
Hanshin Bus↓
Quoted from the official Hanshin Bus website
This one also seems to be going from the current 240 yen to 10 yen higher starting Monday, September 1 this year, making it 250 yen.
For commuter pass prices, please check here~
Finally
Bus fare hikes have basically become an annual thing before we knew it, haven’t they~. By the way, the “Grand Pass 65” (a commuter pass for ages 65–69 that allows unlimited rides on regular routes) will also stop being sold on Sunday, August 31. *Grand Pass 70 will continue to be sold. People aged 65–69 will likely have to buy commuter passes going forward, and in some cases the annual cost could nearly double. That may end up being the biggest burden…😭
*Kagayaki No. 509 @ Nishitsu SP, thank you very much for the information!!
