It looked like some kind of filming was happening around the apartment building across from Furuno Electric in Nishinomiya-kitaguchi.

Around 8:00 a.m. on 6/20. It looks like two huge light-like things were pointed toward the apartment building. Judging from the image, they might be HMI lights, which are often used for outdoor shoots and can be about as reddish as sunlight. So maybe it was some kind of filming?
Update: 6/21 11:00 a.m.
We also asked Furuno Electric, one of Nishi2 Friends about it.
“I don’t know either, but it really looked like a movie shoot 🤔 There were more than 30 staff members there.”
That’s what they said. Apparently, large-scale shoots like TV commercials can involve around that many people, so we might find out what it was at some point.
