It looks like a Vietnamese grocery specialty store called “CHO VIET MUKOGAWA (Cho Viet Mukogawa)” is opening in Ueda Higashimachi near Mukogawadanchi Station.
(This information was provided by Hanako and Fukuchan @ Nishitsu SP.)
Here it is ↓

CHO apparently means “market,” and VIET means “Vietnam,” so it seems to mean “Vietnam Market.” Pretty straightforward 😄
Here it is on the map ↓
The address is 4-79 Ueda Higashimachi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around “CHO VIET MUKOGAWA”

There’s a MaxValu across the street.

If you go this way, you’ll find Hokka Hokka Tei next door, and farther along there are places like the Nishinomiya City Takasu Branch Office and Lawson.
Finally
After looking into it, it seems there are shops with the same name, “CHO VIET,” in various parts of Japan. Rather than being a chain, it looks like there are also many cases where different shops just happen to share the same name. As of July 1, congratulatory flowers for the opening were lined up in front of the shop, but when we peeked inside, it looked like shelving and displays were still being prepared, so it didn’t seem to be open yet. Still, it may be opening very soon 😄
*Hanako and Fukuchan @ Nishitsu SP, thank you very much for the information!!
