What is “Gobu Gobu”?

“Gobu Gobu” is an on-location variety show starring Masatoshi Hamada of Downtown. Hamada and his weekly “partner,” such as a comedian, actor, or idol, stroll freely around towns in Kansai, enjoying local food, stopping by shops, and interacting with people in the community.
A stroll around Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi
This time, as part of the new “First-Time Town Series: Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Edition,” Hama-chan appears to visit recommended spots around Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi with Yumi Nagashima (Nagashima Yumi), a Hyogo-born former Fuji TV announcer who is now freelance.
The preview shows scenes inside Nishinomiya Gardens, as well as a moment where they drink fresh juice at Hankyu Department Store. The TV listings also mention a “Western-style restaurant where you can get something for free,” so it sounds like an episode worth checking out. 😄
