Near Mondo-Yakujin Station, a Chinese restaurant just reopened on Friday, 8/1 as a ramen shop, and Yajikita-san went to check out “麺処 彩心”!
Here it is↓

Nibo Jiro Ramen ¥1,100
Cheddar cheese ¥100, pork chashu ¥300
Noodle amount, vegetables, garlic, and back fat are all standard. For the noodles, you can choose thick or medium-thick; thick noodles were selected.
A first in Nishinomiya!? Niboshi × Jiro.

Huge roasted pork that’s tender enough to fall apart. A punchy bowl with the savory depth of niboshi dried sardines~

The affiliated shop “麺処 彩” in Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi mainly serves chicken chintan and chicken paitan ramen, but this location takes a complete turn with an unexpected niboshi Jiro-style ramen! Even among Jiro-inspired ramen, this seems like a pretty rare type, so plenty of people are probably curious. They also apparently have niboshi shoyu ramen and more~
