阪急電鉄の開きっぱなしの踏切が閉まってる

It looks like the “Kyujomae railroad crossing” on the Hankyu Imazu Line was closed.

It’s closed~~~! And there’s even a Hankyu train marked “out of service” there~

August 14 at 6:48 a.m. It was the first time I’d ever seen the crossing gate down. Rumor has it that out-of-service trains pass through early in the morning and late at night. Around the same time for about 20 years.

We also received additional information from a Facebook reader.

This is the railroad crossing by the bus rotary on the station side. They were surprised, thinking, “Out-of-service trains pass through here?” and took this photo~. The photo was taken on June 13 at 9:25 p.m.! (Old Imazu Line)

It seems there’s a good chance trains pass through around this time too, so if you’re curious, you might be able to see one then.
