The clock at Carillon Square by Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station has stopped.
(This info was provided by Kagayaki No. 509 from Nishitsu SP.)
Here it is ↓

It says it’s currently being adjusted. The time is 10:20.

All of the clocks were marked as being adjusted.

It’s also decorated for the summer festival, giving the place a really fun vibe. Wonder what those hanging cards are?

A phone card? A Lagare Card? That’s what I thought, but apparently there’s something called a commemorative ride card.
We checked with the person in charge about the commemorative ride cards.
They said these are “cards handed out as part of CS promotion activities when train crew members spot children and others,” but not every crew member carries them.
So it sounds like the idea is to let conductors and other staff know you’re interested, and then wait for a lucky encounter with a crew member who has the cards. https://t.co/0GhLxGPYCW
