A new restaurant has opened in the former location of Ramen Edaya😄 It apparently just opened on Tuesday, September 2.

The address is Calm Plaza Kitaguchi 2.5F, 1-4-16 Kofuen, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.

“ジャン＆スワン,” a restaurant serving Taiwan ramen and small dishes to go with drinks, has opened on the 2.5th floor of this building.

If you head south from the building, you’ll find coin parking lots and other spots, and the Hankyu Kobe Line is at the end of the street.
If you go north, you’ll pass places like White Cleaning and reach the area along the Tsutogawa River.
Of course, the main item is “Taiwan Ramen ¥1,000 (tax included),” and the photo looked seriously delicious🍜🤤
According to Yajikita-san, they’re focusing solely on Taiwan ramen for now, but they plan to add more noodle dishes going forward.
And apparently, the owner used to be the manager at the main branch of a certain Chinese restaurant in Osaka!
Final Notes
Personally, the only Taiwan ramen I’ve ever had is the Misen cup noodles sold at FamilyMart, so I’m really curious about this place! I feel like restaurants in Nishinomiya with “Taiwan ramen” in the name are pretty rare, so fans of the dish will probably want to check it out😄
