The former “Mitsubishi UFJ Bank” building on the south side of Koshienguchi Station appears to be set for demolition.

The demolition work is scheduled to run from September 2 through March 31 of next year.

We don’t have any information at all yet about what will happen to the site, but since it’s such a prime spot in front of the station, I’m letting my imagination run wild and wondering if maybe a commercial facility with some convenient shops might be built there. If we find out more, we’ll post an article right away.
