If you go this way, you’ll find Koto Church and Koto Kindergarten.
If you go the other way, you’ll find Nigawa Gakuin.
At this price, just a 4-minute walk from the station, it seems like a pretty good deal. There are already several parking lots around here, so this should make the area even more convenient😃
