In this season when the autumn sunlight filtering through the trees feels so nice, the “8th Nishinomiya Vegan Fest,” an event where you can eat, play, and learn, will be held at Rokutanji Park and Rokutanji South Park next to Nishinomiya City Hall!

The address is 7-25 Rokutanji-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Rokutanji Park: The grassy area on the north side is a nice place to relax with kids.
Rokutanji South Park (barter exchange): The “Gururi Barter Exchange” will take place in the South Park area.
The theme is “Environmental conservation and clothing, food, and housing.” It’s an event where you can experience eco-friendly living with all five senses🌍
All plant-based! Popular vegan shops from all over Japan are gathering!
The meals and sweets are all fully plant-based. Apparently, fully plant-based food is spreading overseas because of the reasons it’s good for the environment.

This event has won the 7th Vegetarian Award Citizen Activity Prize✨ It’s a rare nationwide-scale event in Nishinomiya, with some people even coming from Tokyo and other prefectures.

Final Thoughts
The tofu meat looks really delicious, and I really want to try it. There are also things like free tastings of Nishinomiya sake and emergency bread giveaways, so there’s a lot to be curious about. More than anything, it looks like an event where you’ll want to eat all kinds of things.
