Italian Bar Barzar is located on the first floor of this building called Epiita no Mori.
Across the street is SAPIX, a cram school.
If you go this way, you’ll reach the Tsutogawa River.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Mizuho Securities, Shumai and Roast Pork Nishinomiya Blues, and then run into the Hankyu Imazu Line.
Nishi2 has also visited Italian Bar Barzar for lunch in the past.
Their beef kainomi hitsumabushi was apparently excellent, with the rich flavor of lean beef and sauce pairing perfectly with the rice. Adding condiments or pouring dashi over it at the end also made it especially delicious.

Incidentally, we’ve also learned that the nearby affiliated restaurant “Shumai and Roast Pork Nishinomiya Blues” will close on November 9. Judging from reviews, Barzar seems to have been an Italian bar where you could casually enjoy a hearty selection of wines and Italian dishes, with both the taste and portions earning high satisfaction. Since it was also a stylish restaurant with a great atmosphere, it’s a shame to see it close.
