“Naruohama BASE” has opened inside Naruohama Onsen “Kumano no Sato.” It looks like the dining hall that was there before has been renovated.
It feels so open and spacious! I couldn’t help but say “Wow!” when I walked in.

Take the Hanshin Bus from “JR Koshienguchi (south side)” or “Hanshin Koshien ⑦” and get off at “Mukogawa Danchi Minami (Takasu East Line),” “Mukogawa Danchi Minami / Nishinomiya Minami High School-mae (Mukogawa Danchi Line),” or “Naruohama 1-chome (Naruohama Line)”.
First, order from the menu using the touch panel,
then wait at your seat. Counter seats are also available.
When your number is called, you go pick it up at the counter. It feels kind of like a food court.
This time, I went with the “Sashimi and Tempura Gozen.”
Right now, you can also enjoy “domestic beef rib roast” at a special price.
At “Kumano no Sato,” they sell nostalgic Hata Kosen ramune soda,
and there’s even a cozy hideaway-style rest area where you can relax, making it a great place to fully unwind after a long day.
They also have a good selection of comics, including “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya,” which is set in Nishinomiya.

“Naruohama BASE” is easy to drop by even without using the baths. Around the beginning of December, discount coupons were included in newspaper inserts, so if you subscribe to a newspaper, try looking for one. Please note that they cannot be used during the year-end and New Year holidays.
