New Info on the Huge Number of Fish in Rokutanji River Near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station

We published an article about the river by Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya Hospital being packed with fish, and now we’ve got some new information to share.

Now we’ve received even more new information. This is the Rokutanji River, farther south from that spot. Near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station.

December 12. They were spotted from an upper floor of the building next to 串膳, the kushikatsu restaurant.

Lots of fish are jumping. Judging by how many there are, they might be those mullet. Apparently mullet often jump because there’s more oxygen near the surface of the water, so they burst up with a lot of force.
