According to the post, it’s “a spicy, savory ankake noodle dish made with homemade spicy miso, featuring a slightly spicy thickened soup, medium-thick curly noodles, vegetables, and chashu pork”🔥😄

The address is 2-5-10 Koshienguchi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. It’s the former location of “馳走 かわ平.”

Looks like the previous nameplate(?) really was the shop name after all~ When you hear “あんカラ,” you might think of karaage, but apparently it’s short for “ankake karauma noodles.”
At the time of writing, there haven’t been any Instagram posts yet, but we’re curious to see what the actual ramen looks like😆 We’ll post another article as soon as we get more info~
