It says Sanae Takaichi is coming!!
She’s likely coming to support “Kenji Yamada” of the Liberal Democratic Party, who is running in Hyogo District 7.
The venue appears to be Hotel Hewitt near Hanshin Koshien Station, starting at 3:00 p.m. Kenji Yamada wrote on X that entry may be refused if capacity is exceeded.
